The Mission of Sri Vijaya Kodanda Rama Swamy Aalayam in Kalavagunta is to provide a place for devotees who live in and outside of Kalavagunta to worship. The ground breaking ceremony for the temple took place in the year 2007 and the main temple construction completed three years later in the year 2010. Daily worship is being performed ever since.
